Changed your mind? Return it within 2 days of receiving it and we'll sort it out with you.

• Bring it back as you received it: the same condition, with the box, accessories and anything that came with it.
• Bring your order number (it's on your receipt and in Your orders).
• Phones must be signed out of iCloud or Google, with Find My switched off, so we can check them.
• We inspect it when it's returned, then refund you or exchange it.

Items sold For repair are sold as seen and can't be returned for the faults we listed.

• UK Used and Fairly used: a 2-week warranty from the day you receive it. If it develops a fault we didn't tell you about, bring it back and we'll repair it, replace it or refund you.
• New: covered by the manufacturer's warranty, where one applies.
• For repair: no warranty on the faults listed on the product page.

The warranty doesn't cover accidental damage, water damage, or repairs done elsewhere after you bought it.

You can place an order now and pay when it arrives, in cash or Mobile Money, after you've checked it.

• We call you to confirm the order before we prepare it.
• Prefer to see it first? Tell us when we call and we'll arrange a meet-up, or visit our shop.
• We hold the item for you until it's delivered or the order is cancelled.

Take the item home after a deposit and pay the rest weekly over 4 or 8 weeks. The total is the cash price plus a stated extra, shown before you start, and it never changes.

• You need a verified Ghana Card. We keep the photos private and delete them once you have no plan or rental with us.
• We hand the item over once the deposit is paid and your details are checked. It stays ours until the last payment is in.
• Pay by MoMo or online, with your plan number as the reference. You can pay ahead or pay off the rest at any time, at no extra cost.
• We remind you on WhatsApp the day before each payment. If you're going to be late, tell us and we'll work it out.
• If payments stop for 14 days, we'll contact you to agree the next step: catching up, or returning the item. If it's returned in good condition, we refund what you've paid less 10% for its use, and less the cost of any damage.
• Returns within 2 days and the 2-week UK Used warranty work the same as for any order.

Cars from our partners, by the day, with a driver or self-drive. You see the total before you book; you pay once we confirm.

• A request isn't a booking until we confirm it on WhatsApp, usually within a few hours.
• You need a verified Ghana Card. To drive yourself you also need a valid driver's licence, and pay a refundable deposit.
• The deposit comes back when the car is returned on time, with the same fuel level and no new damage.
• Fuel isn't included. Prices are per calendar day, and the first and last days both count.
• You can cancel free of charge from My orders until the rental starts.

You can put your old phone towards a new, open box or UK Used one.

• Tell us about your phone and we'll send you an offer, usually within a day.
• The offer is confirmed when we inspect the phone in person. If it isn't as described, we'll make a new offer, and you're free to say no.
• Bring the phone signed out of iCloud or Google, with Find My switched off, and with proof it's yours if you have it.
• We don't accept stolen or blacklisted devices.

• Greater Accra: within 24 hours, or the same day when you order by 2pm.
• Rest of Ghana: within 48 hours.
• UK Used ordered in for you: about 14 days. The product page always shows the timing before you buy.
• Delivery fee: not included in the price. We confirm it with you before we deliver.

We collect what we need to sell to you and deliver: your name, phone number, email, delivery addresses, orders and, for swaps, your phone's details and any photos you add.

• We use it only to take, deliver and support your orders and swaps, and to contact you about them.
• We never sell your information. We share it only with the services that run the store: Clerk (sign-in), Paystack (payments), Vercel and Neon (hosting and data), and Resend (email).
• Card and Mobile Money details go directly to Paystack. We never see or store them.
• To see, correct or delete your information, email info@tekworldarena.com.

We handle personal data in line with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

• Prices are in Ghana cedis and can change. You pay the price shown when you place your order.
• When you pay now, we hold your items for 15 minutes while you complete payment.
• Cars are shown for viewing only and can't be bought online. Book a viewing and we'll arrange everything in person.
• If something goes wrong with an order, we'll contact you and put it right: a replacement, a refund, or another fix you agree to.
